The Jefferson Proving Ground Heritage Partnership met Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2005,

at the Ripley County Elementary School at Versailles with 13 members present.

Minutes were approved on motion by Carl Busch, seconded by Millie Busch.

Ken Knouf made the motion to accept the financial report and second was by Lewis Munier.

Ken reported on DOD. A spring trip to the interior of JPG is planned with tentative dates of Saturday, March 19, or Saturday, March 26, suggested.

It was reported no check has been received as yet from the Regatta for parking cars for 2004.

The summary on the website shows 1651 hits to date for January. There have been

22,176 hits since Feb. 2004.

A grant application to the Rising Sun Regional Foundation was submitted Jan. 1 in the amount of $48,857 for operating expenses.

A current membership list is to be available at the February meeting.

Other discussion included the St. Magdalene book and a possible cook book project.

The next meeting is at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2005, at Holiday Inn Express at

Madison.
