The Jefferson Proving Ground Heritage Partnership met August 16, 2005, at the Holiday Inn Express at Madison.

Minutes were approved on a motion by Mike Ochs and seconded by Bob Irwin. The financial report was approved on
motion by Ken Knouf and seconded by Louis Munier.
Ken Knouf reported on tours. Mike Moore has made a flyer for the 10 year reunion of JPG.
The Annual Fall Seminar will be held on October 15, 2005 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Old Timbers Lodge. One of the
presentations will be by Colonel Sweeney.
Ron Harsin reported on the website and a report was distributed on the hits for the month. He also discussed the
newsletter, and reprints of the Old Timbers book and publishing of the St. Magdalene book.
Members were urged to donate items for the Chautauqua booth at Madison, September 24 - 26.
Dues are to be paid in September.
Officers will be elected in September. Lilian Carmer and Ken Knouf were named to the nominating committee.
